Rates and Booking Guidelines
GENERAL STATEMENT:
It shall be the policy of Paramount Theatre of the Arts, Inc. to charge
fair rates consistent with the size and quality of its facilities.
Whenever possible, rates will be competitive with major Bay Area and
West Coast facilities. Where practical, certain labor and services will
be included in base rentals to assure proper operations. Additional
charges will be assessed for services requested and required beyond
normal operation and maintenance. Consistent with sound business
judgment, it shall be the policy of Paramount Theatre of the Arts, Inc.
to provide maximum service at the minimum possible cost to Licensees
while at the same time recognizing its obligations to the citizens of
Oakland to develop maximum use of the Paramount Theatre as a
multi-purpose facility.
